INFO ABOUT PLOTS.

There are two kinds of building plots. The first are those located inside the building zone of a village or town in which case more square meter-age can be built (for a normal size plot of 1.000m2 building rights of 400m2.)

The second category, those plots outside the village limit which should have a size of 4,000m2, (in some cases 6,000m2) have a lower building rights of 200m2.

There are exceptions to the rule in both cases, which means that there can be smaller plots inside or outside the building zone which can be build-able.

Nevertheless, every building plot has specific building rights that are mentioned on the topographic plan drawn by a topographer which should accompany every plot sale.

To apply for a building permit plans are submitted for a specific building based upon these building rights so that the building permit can be granted after the purchase. The building can be less total meter-age than the actual building allowance granted but never more.
