of an Architectural Consultant, resident in England, who can clarify
the building approval systems in Crete and explain the Architect's
technical specifications of your potential new home.
If you require this service a formal meeting can arranged in England
with the Consultant to resolve any concerns or problems you may
have.

a re-sale property or a new build.

on any changes to the internal plans at the initial stage. One can
choose the quality and design of fittings such as kitchen, and bathroom
