Modern villa design on sloped terrain in Southern Crete

New Holiday Villa near Kerames Village

At the edge of a hill in South Crete we designed a modern villa facing the Mediterranean sea.

The building is designed to adapt on the natural ground and the shape of the property, but also preserves the nice sea views to the South Coast.

Modern design, straight lines and protection from intense wind were the main axes of the architectural composition.
