Construction of a Villa at the edge of Koufi village of Rethymno - Crete

This construction project involves the development of a new single-family residence with a total built area of 140 sq.m. on a 1,500 sq.m. plot located in the Koufi area, in the southern part of the Rethymno prefecture.

The ground floor of the residence will comprise an open-plan living room and kitchen area, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms, and one shared guest bathroom. Additional facilities will include a storage room and a separate exterior-accessible WC, providing convenience for outdoor use.
